PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Ensure that all investment opportunities in assigned sector ( 5 star hotels, resorts, real estate projects…) are recognized as soon as the company could get benefits

- Ensure that investment projects are implemented properly with high efficiency and met set schedule.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

- Report to Managing Director of Investment Banking Division

- Subordinate: General Property Manager, Industry Property Manager , Associate and Staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and strategy vision :

- Define long term and short term strategies and plans in investment activities

- Financial analysis of all investment projects and present to Board of Directors the project’s objectives, investment attraction

• Basing on the decision of the Board of Directors , deploy and carry out:

- Invite tenders, choose the good ones and supervise the carry out of these tenders

- Organize, supervise and evaluate the balance and final documents related to the Bidding project

- Assess all the files related to the development of projects in assigned areas

• Inspect and control :

- Establish the cost/ price system and the expenditure management of the projects

- Control, quality, rate of progress to ensure they are met the demand and in accordance with the Law

- Evaluate and improve investment activities:

* Build up and improve the process of investment

* Establish reporting system and analyze the effectiveness of projects to the Board of Directors

• Other tasks will be assigned by Managing Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree holder, major in Economics/ Foreign Trade/ Business Admin/ Finance or related areas, MBA would be an advantage

- Have good knowledge in Business Administration- finance analysis and projects management

- Possess at least 5 year experience in similar position at well recognized organizations

- Experienced in dealing with domestic and international tenders would be a plus

- Strong strategic planning, problem solving, leadership and management skill

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Macro-economic research: Responsible for understanding the macroeconomic situation in Vietnam and how it will impact the stock and property market in accordance with legal and political situation in Vietnam.

- Sector analysis: Assist Property Investment Director in performing sector analysis. This research will enable the Investment Director to better understand where to concentrate the company’s precious time and resources.

- Company Analysis: Responsible for building financial models on public and private companies in their sphere of coverage. Analysis will include (but is not limited to) earnings, cash flow, structure…

- Due Diligence: Responsible for performing significant due diligence on target companies This due diligence includes (but is not limited to) an analysis of legal structure, board of representatives, management, competitive and development strategy, markets, customers and consumption patterns, inter- and intra-sector comparison, products, services, costs and financial and human resources …

- Monitoring: In charge of reviewing annual and monthly (if available) financial statements, maintaining regular contact with the board and management of the relevant company, preparing monthly reports, compare holdings vs. restriction and investment parameters, and comment on monthly performance.

- Other tasks will be assigned by Property Investment Director.

Requirements:
